This works are part of my beginning as a painter. At that time i loved landscape painting and portraiture, and was inspired mostly by the Impressionist Movement. I still and always love painting themes on landscape and portraiture.

A New and Fresh Mixed media Painting with the Use of Cartons, Foams, Acrylic on Canvas.

Fresh, new contemporary colourful mixed media painting by Eghosa Raymond Akenbor

My new and fresh Mixed media Painting with the use of cartoon, foam, acrylic on canvas. An adorable journey of colour and texture, my mind travel through this road every day in search of new hues and form to paint my aesthetic thought. I just want to depict a form which can be seen with eyes of the mind.

I find it difficult to say my thought in words like this, what you read on my post is not all about this African artist, but my paintings are all about me. It reflect my frame of mind- colourful, beautiful and sweetness….. Even when the artist mind is heavy.

I believe in hope because am alive and i want my audience to see hope, excitement, bright life, varieties through art.

A New Mind of Design: Colourful and Vibrant Mixed media Painting .

A new colourful and vibrate mixed media painting by Eghosa Ray Akenbor

I call these- painting a new mind of design, making my mixed media painting brighter, vibrant and transparent with the use of white. I want my painting to keep my audience staring with excitement and entertainment. I am having so much fun creating this painting; it’s like playing a harmonious sound continually till I lose my breath.

The interplay, overlapping of colours, shapes and contrasts ……….. These are my interest and inspiration for exploring this art. Medium- carton, foam, acrylic, canvas. Dimension: 82/82cm
